This project focused on building a high-performance marketing ecosystem for DZIK, designed to drive scalable growth across digital channels. The objective was to create a data-driven acquisition system that not only increases conversions but also maintains profitability at scale. Working closely with stakeholders, we defined clear KPIs around CPA, ROAS, and customer lifetime value while aligning campaign strategy with business goals. From initial research to execution, every decision was rooted in performance insights and user behavior. Our role was to bridge the gap between creative storytelling and measurable results by building a marketing system that consistently converts.
In a competitive digital landscape, DZIK approached us with the challenge of scaling their paid media efforts while maintaining efficiency. Their existing campaigns lacked structure, creative variation, and optimization depth, resulting in inconsistent performance. We restructured their full-funnel strategy — from awareness to retargeting — ensuring each stage was optimized for engagement and conversion. By combining audience segmentation, creative testing, and platform-specific strategies, we transformed their marketing into a predictable growth engine.
Strategy & Execution Approach
Once the strategy was defined, we moved into execution across Google and Meta platforms. Campaigns were built using a funnel-based structure, supported by high-performing creatives and continuous A/B testing. We developed multiple ad variations, including short-form videos and static visuals, designed to capture attention and drive action. Landing pages were optimized for conversion, ensuring a seamless journey from click to purchase.

Performance & Optimization
Creating a scalable and efficient performance system was at the core of this project.
