Project Overview
This project focused on building a scalable growth engine for RE/MAX, designed to generate high-quality real estate leads while maintaining cost efficiency. The objective was to create a performance-driven marketing system that connects paid media, landing pages, and CRM workflows into one seamless funnel. Every step, from campaign strategy to execution, was guided by data insights to ensure consistent and measurable growth.
In a competitive real estate market, RE/MAX needed a structured approach to digital acquisition. Their previous campaigns lacked segmentation, funnel clarity, and optimization depth, leading to inconsistent results. We redefined their strategy by implementing a full-funnel system — combining awareness, intent-driven targeting, and retargeting — to create a predictable and scalable lead generation process.

Once the strategy was defined, we executed campaigns across Google and Meta platforms with a strong focus on intent-based targeting and location-specific messaging. High-converting landing pages were developed to capture and qualify leads effectively, supported by continuous A/B testing and real-time optimization. Optimizing performance and scalability was central to this project.
